Founder/CEO

Danielle is a Master of Business Administration graduate with a focus in Healthcare Management and more than 20 years of expertise in the Healthcare Sector (Medical Coding, Provider Auditing, Provider Education, Consulting, and Healthcare Analytics.) She is a licensed vendor and Certified Instructor of American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and National Healthcareer Association (NHA), with credentials as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Marsha Wilson Wood
Director of Education

Marsha Wilson Wood is an experienced educator specializing in Allied Health and Medical Sciences. She currently serves as Director of Education and teaches Anatomy and Physiology/Medical Terminology at MEMBA Institute, where she develops hybrid courses for Allied Health students, with a focus on creating adaptable learning environments that create student success. In addition to her teaching role, Marsha serves as an Instructional Designer and Quality Matters Coordinator at the University of Indianapolis, supporting faculty in developing high-quality online courses and leading research initiatives on AI in higher education.

Chef Damon Covington is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and a Licensed Vendor and Instructor for National Restaurant Association.
Chef Damon is also the owner of Supper Cooking Academy. Supper Cooking Academy is committed to fighting food disparity and insecurity by providing food education. Supper Cooking Academy offers a variety of cooking classes and seminars and small private catering.
