As the Owner and Founder of MEMBA Healthcare Consulting, dba MEMBA Institute, I, am on a mission to transform healthcare education. With a strong background that includes over 20 years of experience in provider education, coding, and data analytics, I am currently enhancing my expertise by studying healthcare law. Our goal is to empower individuals in the healthcare, hospitality, and culinary sectors, providing them with the knowledge and resources to enact meaningful changes within the industry. My name is Jacquese Woodruff. 

I am a second-year Doctor of Pharmacy student at Manchester University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as well as a 3rd year MBA Candidate. I currently work as a Pharmacy Intern and Adjunct Pharmacy Technician Instructor for Memba Institute. At Manchester University I am the current Power to End Stroke Chair for SNPhA. Formerly the ISHP Student Liaison, and American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) President for 2023 - 2024 and Teaching Assistant at Manchester University for class, PHRM 596 Leadership for Pharmacists, as well as participate doing Independent Research with the Dean of Students and Director of Drug Information at Manchester University. 

Chef Damon Covington is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and a Licensed Vendor and Instructor for National Restaurant Association.

Chef Damon is also the owner of Supper Cooking Academy. Supper Cooking Academy is committed to fighting food disparity and insecurity by providing food education. Supper Cooking Academy offers a variety of cooking classes and seminars and small private catering.  

I’m Jada McVea, a Certified Medical Assistant dedicated to pursuing a career in medicine. With three years of experience in Family and Urgent Care, I have honed my skills and developed a genuine interest in patient care. Currently studying Pre-Med at Jackson State University, I also serve as an active member of the Women in Pre-Med organization, working together with peers to navigate our future in healthcare. My background in Pediatrics, Adults, and Physical Therapy empowers me to make a positive impact.
